Happy new year to you too!
.bin file are only for Winlog use, there isn't other program who can read it.
.dbf is standard database format, normaly we use MS Access for read, but you can use all software that supports dbf such as dbf viewer.

Best Regards

Hi,

I tried using DBF manager to open a numeric dbf file, but I cannot open it.

It says:

"Table C:\Users\ltl002452\Desktop\PACI\HMI\WinlogProProj\Projects\PACI_20150916\DBTABLES\NUMERIC\10_07_16.dbf. has unsupported file format.
File Header: DBWINWE0."

Could anyone help me with this?

Thank you
