Telemecanique TSX ethernet connection by XWAY driver

Postby manutenzioneinfra » Fri Oct 04, 2013 8:56 am

Hi, i have this question..on a PC i have my XWAY driver installed, with my XIP configuration for ethernet connection with Telemecanique TSX that is working good. I have decide to change the actual scada (Monitor Pro by Schneider) and i want to use Winlog. I don't want to change nothing on the PLC, so i need to know if it's possible to work with this kind of driver with winlog.
Thanks
Lorenzo

Dear Sir,
XWAY is a proprietary protocol not supported by Winlog. But normally plc also support the Modbus TCP protocol, check if your plc is compatible with the modbuss RTU TCP.

Best Regards
