Dear Sir,
first of all you have to fix the problems you have in the code. You used many while (WindowIsOpen ()) without inserting at least one sleep. Your project is impossible to run and verify in this state. Fix the problems and then send it to me.

in each cycle While (WindowIsOpen ()) you have to put a sleep.

No, ou haven't done:
for example in file "date_time_timestamp" you put sleep() out of cicle. The correct position is at line 29, before the end of the while cycle.
